AGS Immigration Services Inc. (“AGS”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the professional obligations of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact and enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send us.
• Booking details: the consultation type, date and time you choose, your time zone, and any notes you add about your immigration matter.
• Payment information: when you pay for a consultation, your card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive a confirmation of payment and a transaction reference.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through Google Analytics and our hosting provider to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule, confirm, remind you of, reschedule or cancel consultations.
• To process payments and refunds for paid consultations.
• To add confirmed appointments to our internal calendar.
• To maintain records required by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
• To improve the website and protect it from abuse, including spam and automated attacks.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate this website. Each receives only what it needs for its role: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Google (calendar sync, analytics and maps), and Cloudflare (bot protection). Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, and are bound by contractual privacy and security obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our professional record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent to its use. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the admin area secure and, where enabled, analytics cookies from Google Analytics to measure site usage. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the website.
