Our founder arrived in Canada in 2016 as an international student. When navigating her own path to permanent residency, she saw firsthand how essential transparent, accurate, and trustworthy guidance truly is. Taking control of her journey, she mastered immigration law, earned her PR in just two months, and began helping friends do the same.

Today, Simarpreet specializes in high-stakes IRCC cases, including spousal visa refusals, removal orders, LMIA rejections, PR application appeals, and complex inadmissibility issues. She delivers the honest, strategic legal representation every client deserves.
