International Travel Visas

Plan your European trip with a Schengen application done right

One visa covers most of Europe, but getting it means applying to the right country, at the right time, with a file that meets a shared set of rules and each consulate’s own expectations. We plan the application around your itinerary and prepare every document so your appointment goes smoothly.

A short-stay Schengen visa allows travel within the Schengen Area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period, for tourism, business, family visits or other short-term purposes. Canadian citizens travel to Europe without a visa, so this service is for residents of Canada who hold passports from countries that require one.

The rules that trip applicants up are procedural as often as substantive. You must apply to the consulate of your main destination, or of the country of first entry if your time is evenly split; you must apply from the country where you legally reside; you must hold valid Canadian status; and you must book within the permitted window before travel. On the substance, consulates look at the purpose and plausibility of the trip, proof of accommodation and transport, funds for the entire stay, travel medical insurance that meets the minimum requirements, and your intention to return to Canada.

We assist with preparation. We are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants and we do not represent clients before European governments; you attend the appointment at the consulate or visa application centre yourself. Our work is to get the strategy, the paperwork and the timing right so that the appointment is a formality rather than a gamble.

Who this is for

  • Permanent residents, students and workers in Canada from countries that require a Schengen visa
  • Tourists planning a multi-country European itinerary who need to know which consulate to apply to
  • Business travellers attending meetings, trade fairs or conferences in a Schengen member state
  • Visitors to family or friends in Europe who need a proper invitation and proof of ties to Canada
  • Applicants refused a Schengen visa who want to understand the refusal reasons before reapplying

What we do

  • Determine the correct member state to apply to based on your itinerary and confirm that you are eligible to apply from Canada
  • Build a realistic itinerary with confirmed or reserved accommodation and transport that supports the application
  • Advise on travel medical insurance that meets the Schengen coverage, territory and validity requirements
  • Complete the application form, prepare the cover letter and organize financial, employment and status documents
  • Guide you through booking the appointment at the visa application centre or consulate and preparing for your visit
  • Review a refusal and prepare a stronger reapplication or, where available, an appeal in the issuing state

How it works

  1. 1

    Itinerary and consulate

We map your trip, identify the member state you must apply to and confirm the timing window for your appointment.

  2. 2

    Document preparation

We provide a checklist tailored to that consulate, review your finances, status and ties, and arrange insurance and itinerary proof.

  3. 3

    Application and appointment

We complete the form, write the cover letter and prepare you for the appointment where you submit biometrics and documents in person.

  4. 4

    Decision and travel

We track the outcome, explain the visa’s validity and entry conditions, and advise on how to keep within the 90-day limit on future trips.
