These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by AGS Immigration Services Inc., and to consultations booked through it. By using the site or booking a consultation you agree to them.

Information, not advice

Content on this website is general information about Canadian immigration and is not legal advice. Immigration rules change frequently and every case is different. Advice is only given in a consultation or under a signed retainer agreement.

Consultations and bookings

• A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Paid consultations are confirmed once payment is received.
• You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email, subject to the notice period shown at the time of booking.
• Refunds for paid consultations follow the policy shown when you book. Cancellations inside the notice period, and no-shows, may not be refundable.
• A consultation does not create a representative relationship. Representation before IRCC begins only when a retainer agreement is signed and the Use of a Representative form is filed.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or card issuer.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, not to use the site for unlawful purposes, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to AGS Immigration Services Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AGS Immigration Services Inc. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website, or from interruptions to the website or booking system.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
